The company TAX ART Zioulas Tax Art is committed to the implementation of integrated Quality & Business Continuity Systems, in accordance with the specifications of the Standards ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 22301:2019 αντίστοιχα, in full compliance with national, European, and international legal requirements and regulatory provisions governing its operation, as well as any other provisions formally accepted by Top Management.
The Company’s Policy has as its primary mission the continuous and effective support and advancement of the Company in its efforts to enhance the quality of the products and services it provides.
At the same time, professional ethics in relationships with customers and partners is established as a fundamental principle, along with the continuous improvement of human resources, technological infrastructure, processes, and Management Systems.
To implement this policy, the Company commits to:
- apply methods and procedures that align with the current state of Science and Technology, as well as with the provisions of the applicable legislation,
- integrate legality and social responsibility into its operating principles,
- take all necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data and to maintain the confidentiality of their processing,
- engage in objective and socially responsible advertising of its products and services,
- use appropriate equipment and trained personnel across all its departments,
- systematically monitor and control all stages of the production process and the services provided,
- establish a specific framework of objectives, ensure their effective monitoring, and provide sufficient resources for their achievement,
- the recording and evaluation of any non-conformity that may be identified by any involved party, with the aim of ensuring swift corrective action for improvement,
- the smoothest possible continuation of its operations for the production of products and the provision of services, as well as for meeting legal and regulatory requirements,
- the establishment of objective quantitative and qualitative indicators for business continuity, which shall be maintained annually and reviewed whenever deemed necessary,
- identify and assess all potential risks that could disrupt its activities,
- establish and simulate adequate emergency response plans,
- develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for critical operations,
- be able to return to acceptable operating levels in the shortest possible time with the least possible impact,
- adapt its business continuity plans based on experience, technological developments, and changes in the operational environment,
- minimize the impacts that potential disruption incidents may have on the company’s reliability and reputation,
- ensure the reliability of alternative solutions,
- ensure the Business Continuity of critical activities in the event of an incident that results in the unavailability of, or inability to access, the company’s facilities
This decision to establish and implement the Management Systems constitutes tangible proof of the importance the Company places on adopting international standards that ensure the quality and control of the products and services it provides. The management standards that have been developed form an integrated system with the ultimate goal of continuously improving the Company’s operations and performance, as well as those of its personnel. This, in turn, serves as an additional guarantee of the Company’s credibility and reliability toward all its partners, fulfilling the needs and expectations of its customers for effective services, while also meeting the standards and specifications set by the European Union.

In a world where unforeseen situations can directly impact the operational capability of businesses, the existence of a complete and well-tested Business Continuity framework is essential for maintaining customer trust and protecting the company’s partners. The organization’s resilience is directly linked to its reliability and to the sense of security it must inspire in all those who interact with it.
The Company is committed to implementing this Policy, ensuring that it is known and understood at all levels and applied by all employees as well as by Department Managers, who have been properly trained for its implementation.
The Company’s Systems Manager is designated as the person responsible for implementing and maintaining the above.
